Weekend project (remote car)

get this remote car for free a while ago. my kid stop playing with it when he’s around 4. when his brother turned 1, i was thinking of cleaning it and power it up. unfortunately, there is some problem with it.

open it up and see whats wrong with it.

looks like some electronics parts burned and flat battery. went to jalan pasar and bought some parts and new battery. i choose a bigger amp battery than the old one. put it all together and test it out. yep, working. maybe after this, change to a better motor?

the old remote control also busted. luckily i have some spare control. i adjust the frequency to match the remote car, then all is working fine.
