we celebrated sister birthday last week. we wanted to go to pizza uno actually but then changed our mind and eat at tarbush, ampang point instead. the restaurant serves lebanese food. there, i ordered shish kebab (minced, seasoned lamb). it was…okay. the others order chicken biryani, kibbeh (deep fried minced lamb) and shish tawook (marinated and grilled chicken – similar to tandoori). the ice lemon tea there is too sour though. conclusion? generally, the food there is okay. more fun if you enjoy middle east food. nice atmosphere and table setting. good for family gathering, conversation, business meeting or dinner date (nahh…teenagers prefer mcdonalds for a date).
